When delivering orders, you can assign tasks to your drivers when pick-up/drop-off. The options you have are:

• Pick-up: Scan the barcode or capture an image when picking up the order.

• Delivery:

  • Collect the customer’s signature.

  • Capture an image.

In Breadstack Delivery, admin/store owners would be able to set different task settings for the chosen store within their organization. If you are a dispatcher, you would not have the authorization to use this function.

To disable the pick-up/drop-off feature in the Settings module (apply to all the orders within the chosen store):

1. Access Settings > Stores and choose the stores that you want. 

2. Click Task Settings. 

3. Toggle off (if it’s already on) the feature Include Pickup Task. When you disable, your driver will not scan barcode/capture an image upon picking up the order.  

4. Untick the boxes for the Dropoff Settings if you don't want your drivers to capture image/collect the customer's signature upon delivery.   

5. Click Save Changes to finalize.
