How to stop receiving tasks for a period of time
As a driver, you might have moments where you wish to not receive any tasks being assigned. You can achieve it through these steps:
Open the CanFleet Driver App and go to the Settings section.
Go to the tab Auto-assigning Tasks.
Toggle on Pause Auto-assign tasks.
Click Yes on the pop-up confirmation notification.
(Optional) For drivers who have successfully paused the task assignment feature, you will have a red banner stating “Not receiving auto-assigned tasks” in your Todo tab. If you don’t please try again.
When you activate Pause auto-assigned tasks although you may not be assigned any further tasks through the feature Auto-assign however the assigner can still do so manually.
