Understand the elements in Task List module
The Task List offers a clear overview of both ongoing and completed pickup and delivery tasks. You can also create or import new tasks from this view.
Tasks are organized into two tabs: Ongoing and Completed. The Completed tab includes tasks where the drop-off has been successfully finished, tasks canceled by a dispatcher, and returns where all items have been fully received back at the warehouse.
The Ongoing tasks tab
Upon accessing the tab Ongoing tasks you will have the access to function such as:
- Search task
- Filter data by Status/Driver
Besides function, you can have an overview data about the tasks that are currently ongoing:
- Task/Order- This alphanumeric ID is auto-generated by Breadstack Delivery. When hovering over the task ID, you can view which storefront the order originated from (The underline only appear for store who has multiple storefront, for store that don’t there will not be any underline beneath the task ID)

- Status - Either Unassigned, Pickup, Dropoff, or Return (i.e. a return is in progress)
- Schedule Time - The time the customer has chosen to have their order delivery when the order is being placed on the storefront. For example: if the customers choose to have the order delivered at 4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. then it will show Schedule Delivery Time to be 4:00 - 5:00 P.M.
- Driver - If a driver is assigned to this task, his or her name will appear here. If a task is not assigned to any drivers, it will state Unassigned.
- Pickup Location - If the task involves a pickup, the address will show here.
- Picked up Time - The time a task has been successfully picked up.
- Recipient - The name of the person who is going to receive the order. When hovering over to the i symbol, you can view the order note for that order.

- Dropoff Location - If the task involves a dropoff, the address and the customer name will show here.
- Delivery Before - The date and time of delivery that the customers select for the order to be delivered. Delivery Before display status will be dependent on the status of the task (unlike Schedule Delivery Time where it’s purely the selection of customers when place in order)
- If a task status is Unassigned/Pickup, the value will show the expected time needed to be delivered before.
- In case the Delivery Hour setting = OFF: show ASAP
- In case the user selects only date: show ASAP line break Date. For Example: ASAP line break 08/12/2024
- In case the user selects a specific hour: show the [Delivery Before] value. Example: 08:00 am line break 08/12/2024.
- If the task status is dropoff, the value will show the task's ETA.
- If the task is returned - the value will show ASAP.
- Last Updated - The date and time of the last update to this task by a dispatcher.
The Completed task tab
The Completed tasks tab will show you the data of all the tasks that have finished. As for functions, you will have the same access similar to the Ongoing task tab which are:
- Search tasks
- Filter data by Status/Driver
However, as for the displayed data you will have different information.
- Task/Order - This alphanumeric ID is auto-generated by Breadstack Delivery.
- For tasks that come from the store which have multiple storefronts, there will be an underline beneath for when the users hover over it, it will display the storefront location where the order originated from.

- For orders that come from a store with a single storefront, no underline will be displayed.
- Status - Either Completed, Returned, or Cancelled
- Delivery Time - The time the task has been delivered/returned/cancelled. Example: 08:54 am line break 08/12/2024
- Driver - If a driver is assigned to this task, his or her name will appear here
- Pickup Location - If the task involves a pickup, the address will show here
- Recipient - The name of the person who has received the order. When hovering over to the i symbol you can view the order note for that order.

- Drop-off Location - If the task involves a drop-off, the address and the customer name will show here.
- Rating - The rating for the drivers from the customers when the order is completed.
- Last Updated - The date and time of the last update to this task by a dispatcher
