Viewing the data of Driver Utilization Rate

In Breadstack Delivery, you can view on the average amount of time your drivers spend per tasks. By knowing that, it enables you to further optimize your business by better precision in calculating how many driver hours they require.

To view the Driver Utilization Rate, go to Insights > Driver Utilization Rate

You can also choose specific time range through the time dropdown box located at the upper-right-hand side. 



Upon viewing Driver Utilization Rate, you will encounter 3 types of information - Utilization Rate, In Transit and Idle.

  1. Utilization Rate is the percentage of all drivers' available time during which they were actively engaged in pickups or deliveries. For example, if your drivers were available for a total of 20 hours over the past 7 days, but they only engaged in tasks for 10 of those hours, their utilization rate would be 50%. They would have spent 10 hours In Transit and 10 hours Idle. 
  2. In Transit is the time the drivers have spent in pickups or deliveries.  
  3. Idle is the time that the drivers are not active in the engagement of pickups or deliveries.
