Simplified Live Tracking - Released April 30, 2024
Following feedback from our users, this release makes it easier to manage tasks, drivers, and routes on the Live Tracking map.
Here’s a summary of the key changes:
The map will now show only three elements: stores (or pickup points), driver locations, and drop-off points. This clutter-free interface is easier to track and keeps running smoothly, even on your busiest delivery days.
All drop-offs, whether assigned or unassigned, will now appear on the map, allowing you to easily assess your store’s delivery workload and spot busy areas.
You’ll see driver routes highlighted on the map as real street routes.
The Live Monitoring panel will be now organized into two tabs - Tasks and Drivers - for more intuitive management.
For more guidance on using the updated map, check out our article on Tracking tasks and drivers on the live map.
