How to use the function sorting for Address Book
When using the address book, besides using the Search bar you can make use of the Sort feature to enable a further and deeper search.
The sorting feature will be located in the right-hand corner of the Search bar section.
When using you will notice the sorting feature is based upon criterias and these are based on the data from the displayed data within the module Address List.
To sort the address, please follow these steps:
Go to Address List.
Click the symbol locate at the right-hand corner of the Search bar.
Input the data in the 7 fields that are available:
Name
Phone No.
Email
Address
City
Province
Postal code
Click Apply once done. If you want to reselect the data, click Cancel.
